Free Webinar on 15 September 2005:   “Leveraging your WCM investment to include the print channel”

Amsterdam – 12 September 2005,

Tridion, the recognised European leader in Content Management Solutions, today announced that it has extended print communications capabilities into its Tridion R5 web content management suite, enabling its customers to reuse content for fast and efficient multi-channel communications via the Web, email campaigns, pdf and print publications.

The addition of the print channel to Tridion R5 allows organisations to reduce printing and distribution costs by printing “on demand”, whilst also ensuring brand and message consistency using Tridion BluePrinting. In addition, marketing and communications teams can improve the management and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns via centralised response measurement and Web analytics.

“Keeping information up to date across multiple channels, in multiple languages is no easy task,” said Jaco Van Wilgenburgh, Director of Marketing.   “Many organisations we talk to are still manually updating brochures, product specifications and data sheets at huge expense. By integrating print publishing capabilities with our Web content management solutions, we are providing our customers with a way to dramatically improve the creation, delivery, management and measurement of extended communication campaigns – without creating double work for themselves.”

Tridion will be hosting a free Webinar on Thursday 15 September, outlining how organisations can better leverage existing content across multiple channels, including print, Web and email, and so better serve customers via targeted communication.

The Webinar will focus on:

·        Supporting marketing campaigns with multi-channel communications
·        Reducing costs and increasing staff productivity
·        Securing branding, messaging and information accuracy
·        Removing slow and erroneous paper-based processes
·        Creating targeted brochures and documents
·        Localising content to suit specific market needs.
