Many new clients, extended contracts and new business partners

Amsterdam, 2 February 2004  - Tridion, the largest Dutch supplier of powerful content management for business communication solutions, has posted an excellent year with better results than ever before.

Tridion attributes the success of the past year to further expansion and improvement of its total business solutions offer and intensification of relations with existing clients. The extension of contracts with, among others, ABN Amro, Directorate-General of Public Works and Water Management, TPG Post and Unilever contributes significantly to the constant growth and development of Tridion.

In addition, the company has closed a striking number of new client contracts. Tridion reports that Fortis ASR/Europeesche Verzekeringen, Goodyear Europe and Bose Europe are just a few names amongst the group of new clients to whom state-of-the-art software for web content management is being provided.

Pieter Varkevisser, CEO of Tridion, is very enthusiastic over the posted results: “The operational margin increased in the second half of the year to 20 percent of the turnover, the client satisfaction score improved substantially and, thanks to the availability of the solution software, the turnover of existing clients grew strongly. In 2004, 50 percent of the turnover was achieved by clients who wanted to do more business with Tridion and have made broader use of our solutions. Given the extraordinary increase in new clients in the fourth quarter, I look forward to the coming year with much enthusiasm.”

In the field of partnership, Tridion has also had a prosperous year. Six new partners have closed a partnership contract, the details of which will be made public towards the end of this month.
