SIENNAX JOINES THE DSDM CONSORTIUM BENELUX

The membership provides Siennax access to a mature development method: the Dynamic Systems development Method.
The DSDM Consortium Benelux is the Dutch representative of DSDM International, which is established in the United Kingdom. The method DSDM is a project delivery framework. It facilitates the development and delivery of business solutions within limited time and budget.
Siennax considers it as its ambition to provide good business solutions, including but not limited to the development and supply of application software. Also Siennax' hosting- and application services will benefit from the DSDM framework.
The DSDM consortium Benelux has over 50 members, both ICT-suppliers as well as -consumers, consultantcy service bureau's and universities. Within the consortium they exchange knowledge and practical experience about the use of the method by means of periodic meetings, seminars and congresses. Siennax has a position in the board of directors.
“It more and more occurs to Siennax that projects have a hard deadline as delivery date and that the budget is limited. DSDM offer the framework for use of clear priorities, a good interaction with all stakeholdersand frequent delivery of intermediate products which are continuously reviewed by the customer. Therefore it is almost impossible not to meet the customers expectations”, says Edgar Hildering, project manager at the department Billing Services of Siennax. "In the last years the method has become mature, and is known in a broad area as an approach that really does work!”
