Rogan-Delft BV and 3mensio Medical Imaging BV sign a global agreement for the distribution and adaptation of 3viseon 3D Technology

Today Rogan-Delft BV and 3mensio Medical Imaging BV announced a global alliance for the distribution of the 3viseon 3D visualization technology. Under the terms of the agreement, Rogan-Delft will integrate and incorporate the innovative 3D technology from 3mensio in its PACS product portfolio.
“Partnering with Rogan-Delft and integrating the GPU-based 3viseon 3D technology into the Rogan line of PACS products is an important part of our strategy to bring our 3D technology to the market place”, says Frank Wessels, 3mensio’s Founder & CEO. “By leveraging the existing Rogan distribution channels we can accelerate the delivery of the benefits of advanced visualization to both radiologists and physicians outside the radiology department alike.”
Combining the strengths of the Rogan Online XS based PACS solutions with 3mensio’s 3D technology for real-time MIP/MPR and 3D volume rendering for off-the-shelf PCs allows for the rapid display and analysis of studies with ever increasing sizes due to trends such as multi-slice CT scanners. By offering this combined solution on a single workstation users are no longer forced to switch between separate systems to accomplish these different tasks.
