News | Prime Technology Ventures wins 4 million Euro facility

November 7, 2005

Prime Technology Ventures has been granted a 4 million euro loan facility sponsored by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and administered by TechnoPartner.

The TechnoPartner loan facility is a financial incentive program designed to assist and support Dutch early stage technology companies by matching investments made by venture capitalists in those companies.

“We are very pleased with the successful result of this tender”, said Sake Bosch,
Managing Partner at Prime Technology Ventures. “The loan facility allows us to leverage our investments in Dutch early stage technology companies. It considerably reduces our risk exposure in the Netherlands and potentially yields a greater return on our investments. With this facility we will invest in information technology companies which have less than 3 million euro in revenue and have a unique position through proprietary technology.”
