News | Prime Technology Ventures has sold its investment in Human Inference

April 3, 2007

Prime Technology Ventures has sold its majority stake in Human Inference to GIMV and Iris Capital for an undisclosed amount. Prime Technology Ventures has been a shareholder in Human Inference since the management buy-out in 2003.

Sake Bosch, managing partner of Prime Technology Ventures: “In this period the company has done very well. It has professionalized its management team and organization, increased profitability and more than doubled its revenues. The transaction with GIMV and Iris Capital has resulted in a fantastic return on our investment.”

This is the third exit of Prime Technology Ventures in the last couple of months. Earlier MarketXS (Markit) and Watermark (Qurius) were sold to strategic buyers.
