NetDialog, pioneer in the emerging Business Service Orchestration market, today announces the closing of a financing round of €2 million. The equity increased with €2 million by an issue of new shares to Prime Technology Ventures. With these new funds NetDialog will continue to develop its international expansion strategy, starting with its first international office in the United Kingdom this quarter. Additionally, NetDialog will use the funds to speed up the development of its pioneering IT service automation platform NetX™, and expand operations and support for its customers.
Sandeep Kapadia, general partner of Prime Technology Ventures has been appointed to the board of supervisory directors of the company.
