Diemen, The Netherlands. Nedstat, European leader in website analytics, today announces the closing of a financing round of €3 million. The equity increased €1.5 million by an issue of new shares to Prime Technology Ventures and existing shareholders including Synergia Capital Partners. In addition, CenE Bankiers provided the company with a subordinated loan of €1.5 million. With these new funds Nedstat, having been profitable for the last seven consecutive quarters, will continue to develop its European expansion strategy.
Sake Bosch, managing partner of Prime Technology Ventures has been appointed to the board of supervisory directors of the company. "We are very impressed by the leading market position that Nedstat has achieved in Europe. The prestigious client list is powerful proof of the quality of the Nedstat products and the early adoption of the ASP model. We are convinced that Nedstat is perfectly positioned for the next developments in the use of the internet and websites. This will place increasing demands on website analytics." says Bosch.
