Amsterdam, The Netherlands. MarketXS subsidiary Facing Facts B.V., the web application development company today announced that it has acquired all activities of Explainer DC. Explainer DC is one of the first Internet companies in the Netherlands and formed part of Real Time Company B.V. until last Friday, when Real Time Company was declared bankrupt. The transaction has been financed entirely from existing Facing Facts means.
With the acquisition Facing Facts has expanded its customer portfolio considerably. Facing Facts now also offers its customers certified support in Microsoft .NET projects. Explainer DC is Gold Certified partner of Microsoft since 2002, and has built several websites based on this platform.
The acquisition guarantees the continuity of services for customers of Explainer DC. Facing Facts is a subsidiary of MarketXS, a leading provider of real-time market data technology and trading solutions.
