Human Inference, supplier of data quality software, and Atos Origin the Netherlands, international IT service provider, confirmed their cooperation with a partnership agreement. By combining the high quality software of Human Inference with the expertise of Atos Origin, customers will gain a better understanding of the added value of an integral customer profile.
Method
Both parties are very active in B2C surroundings, such as telecommunication and (health) insurance industries. In every segment the ability to obtain a single view of the customer is a fundamental requirement for success. In the past, companies within these segments have used product related customer communication quite regularly. Because of this, there is not only little knowledge of the total worth of a customer, but also of the potential added value, which is therefore not exploited. To be able to see that added value, there is currently extra attention for data quality in these sectors. Human Inference and Atos Origin have cooperated regularly in the past years in the area of data quality. Besides Atos Origin has often played the part of system integrator during implementation of Human Inference HIquality solutions.
Added value
The added value of this cooperation is visible for the customer in all segments. In the telecommunications industry Contrado, which has been taken over by Atos Origin in the past year, is being used where the Human Inference software has been used successfully for many years. Besides there has been successful cooperation between the two parties in the (health) insurance industry and at a great number of banks to create, for instance, a single view of the customer. To be able to reach this, it is essential to have data that is accurate, unique, complete and up-to-date.
