Monish Suri is a General Partner. He joined Prime Technology Ventures in 2001. Before joining PTV, Monish was with Northstream, where he was the initiator of Argnor, a wireless venture capital fund of USD 50 million dedicated to early stage investments in wireless technology companies in the Nordic Countries. Argnor capital is structured as a joint venture between Argo Global Capital (GSM Capital)and Northstream.
Before Argnor, he was a senior consultant with Northstream, a leading international wireless technology consulting firm. From 1994 to 1998, Monish had various international positions within Future Electronics, a Canadian multinational with USD 2.6 Billion in revenues and 127 offices worldwide, active in representing major semiconductor and telecommunication vendors. With Future Electronics, he worked both from the London and Signapore office in sales and management positions.
In 1989, Monish started his career as sales engineer with Escorts Ltd., a telecommunication company in northern India. Monish has an MBA from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Information Engineering from City University in London and a BEng in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology, Delhi University in India.
Monish is focusing on investments in communications, semiconductor and EDA. He currently serves on the board of directors of Palringo and Pulsic.
